THE CHALLENGE:
The multinational was busy managing recently awarded government contracts and lacked the human resources to actively bid on future opportunities.

THE SOLUTION:

After a first free evaluation during which we learn about the client's budget, objectives and market, we created an offering plan that included 100 offer leads per week.Then, the client evaluated the plan and returned to us to decide whether to go. To ensure the highest quality of the project, we have assigned a p oject manager from our team, an offer writer, and a technical writer. Thanks to our network of experts worldwide, we have been abe to promptly and efficiently present various proposals in different languages at the same time.
 

THE RESULT:

Once a potential offer was approved, we saw an average of around 4 offer proposals per week in the UK, US and EU markets. Our efforts have resulted in more than $ 100M USD being awarded in multiple government contracts for a customer spending only $ 25,000 USD with us. Our effort is tangible: we have submitted over 100 offers in less than 3 months.
